The Fault Finding Service includes a diagnostic and reporting. Additional repairs and parts are generally charged separately. However, in some cases, if the complete work can be completed within the hour of the fault finding service, no additional charge may apply.

The Repair service generally requires notice subject to the availability of the parts.

This is an emergency service 24/7 where the rates in normal hours from 9am to 4pm is at £125 + VAT for the first hour and other rates outside these hours is at £175 + VAT. Any work beyond the hour is done on a half hourly basis, for example, £175 becomes £87.50 per half hour + VAT.

If a part replacement is required, we provide a custom quote for the specific part and labor cost. This would generally be discussed after diagnosis. Any expenses on part generally requires an additional 25% to cover transportation costs with some parts could cost more.

This service is for diagnosing deeper issues with your boiler beyond basic fault-finding. It is charged at £62.50 per half hour. This generally comes into play if a repair has been made, and there are further faults require looking into.

This option is that you have chosen the fault finding package and that you require the leak to be stopped. A custom quote may be needed upon the leak being stopped.

This option is that you have chosen a boiler service from after you have had the fault found, however, this could be subjective to the fault and you may need to book in a seperate service at a later date in the service booking form instead.
